BOIL WATER NOTICE LIFTED – Allandale

We have received three consecutive clear water tests and so the boil water notice on the Allandale water scheme has now been lifted.

Current Water Restrictions

There are no water restrictions currently in force in the Mackenzie District.

Stage 2 water restrictions for Fairlie and Twizel have been lifted, effective Monday 22 April 2024.

We thank everyone who responded to the water restrictions, reducing household and business water use while restrictions were in effect.

This ensured that the water supplies stayed at a sustainable level over the summer and early autumn months.
