Community Board meetings in Twizel, Tekapo and Fairlie will go ahead as scheduled next week but will take place online instead of at the usual location.
- Twizel Community Board, Monday August 30 at 3pm
- Tekapo Community Board, Wednesday September 1 at 3pm
- Fairlie Community Board, Thursday September 2 at 4.30pm
All three meetings will be recorded, with the recordings posted on Council’s YouTube channel as soon as possible after each meeting.
If you wish to speak at the public forum please contact the governance advisor before the meeting to receive the Zoom link.
These plans will not change at the last minute even if the alert level changes.
Agendas will be available on the Meetings and Agendas page at least two working days before each meeting.
