At its meeting on 22 June 2021 Mackenzie District Council resolved to adopt the Commissioner’s recommendations in respect of Plan Change 18 to the Mackenzie District Plan.
Plan Change 18 addresses the management of Indigenous Biodiversity within the Mackenzie District. This notice is date 25 June 2021 and is given in accordance with Clause 10 of Schedule 1 of the Resource Management Act 1991.
