The Statutory Clock for processing stops on 20 December, restarting on 10 January 2025.
Final day for inspections is on 23 December 2024. Full inspections resume on 6 January 2025.

LIM Applications
The last date for accepting LIM applications for processing in 2024 is 7 December, with urgent LIMs applications closing on 16 December.
Processing (statutory time clock) will recommence on Monday 6 January 2025.
Planning / Consents
The Planning department will re-open Monday 6 January 2025.
The processing of resource consents (statutory time frame) pauses from Friday 20 December to 10 January. This means that any consents lodged within this time will not have the ‘clock’ start until Monday 13 January 2025.
There will be a planner on location each day the council office is open.
