Our draft Waste Management and Minimisation Plan (WMMP) 2024-30 is now open for public consultation.
We would like to hear your views on the plan for how our district manages waste.
The WMMP is a guiding document which identifies Council’s vision for how we manage waste, and how we are working to minimise it. It sets out targets and methods for achieving good outcomes.
This draft plan looks to build on the achievements our district has made so far, and continue to find improvements and new opportunities to improve how we manage our waste.
