Applications for the final Mackenzie Regional Events Fund are now open for events to be held between 1 July 2024 - 30 June 2025.
Applications close Sunday 26 May 2024.
The Regional Events Fund is a central government initiative to stimulate out-of-region visitation through events. The funding aims to seed new events and support existing events to develop and grow.

Application process: Funding recommendations are made by an investment panel made up of Mackenzie representatives and one independent event specialist based outside the region, with final approval by Mackenzie District Council.
Please note: this is the final funding round for the Regional Events Fund. If you want to receive investment for an event between 1 July 2024 - 30 June 2025 you must apply during this round.
