Man Made Hill, Twizel - Mountain Bike Flow Trail
Intermediate/Advanced
This mountain bike area features challenging riding with steep slopes, and a narrow trail with man-made features including jumps, ramps and terrain variations.
The lower section of the trail contains jumps and a step-up which, if you can avoid by exiting the trail at the sealed berm.
If you're unsure, you can test your skills on the Pump Track on Glen Lyon Road, next to the Twizel River.

Please respect any trail closures in place, riding on a closed trail puts you and others in a dangerous position.
It is all Trail user’s responsibility to:
- Ensure your own safety while on the Trail.
- Take reasonable care that what you do or don’t do, does not endanger others.
- Be responsible for having the skills, competence, and equipment required to ride the Trail, identify the hazards and effectively manage the risks they present.
- Be alert to and aware of others and of your surroundings when using the trail.

- Respect each other and have courtesy
- Stay in control so you can safely navigate other riders
- Be patient around other riders
- Only ride at a speed that is safe for you and others
- If you come across a maintenance issue or hazard, please report it to MDC

- Leave the Trail as you find it
